ARTICLE VI - Consent Minutes
Any action required by law or which may be taken at a meeting of the Directors, any executive committee meeting or meeting of the members of the Association, may be taken without a meeting if a consent in writing setting forth the action so taken is signed by all of the Directors, persons sitting on a executive committee, or members entitled to vote with respect to the subject matter thereof.
